Is there a fee to sell on Beyond The Gears?
No listing fees. We operate on a commission model — you only pay when you make a sale. Individual sellers: 0% commission (direct payment). Verified businesses and brand partners: custom commission rates discussed during onboarding.
Can international sellers list products?
Yes. We welcome sellers from anywhere in the world. International sellers can set prices in their local currency, and we display the INR equivalent to Indian buyers. You handle shipping to India, and we handle the customer experience.
How do I become a Brand Partner?
Brand Partners are manufacturers or authorized distributors who want a dedicated presence on our platform. Contact us at admin@beyondthegears.com with your company details, product catalog, and distribution territory. We'll set up a call to discuss the partnership.
What categories can I sell in?
Bikes & frames, components (groupsets, wheels, brakes), accessories (lights, locks, bags), clothing (jerseys, shorts, shoes), helmets, electronics (computers, GPS), nutrition & supplements, and tools & maintenance products.
How do payments work?
Buyers pay via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or online payment. For Individual sellers, payment goes directly to your UPI/bank account. For Verified Businesses and Brand Partners, we offer integrated payment processing with automatic settlements.
How long does approval take?
Individual seller applications are reviewed within 24 hours. Verified Business applications take 2-3 business days (we verify your GST and business details). Brand Partner applications are handled on a case-by-case basis.
