I’m Pooja, a 300-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru, and the founder of Abhyasa with Pooja. I teach online / offiine beginner-friendly Traditional Hatha Yoga, with a focus on strength, flexibility, breath, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. Through Abhyasa, I aim to make yoga simple, accessible, and a consistent part of everyday life.
